In the past, our relaxation sessions focused on the breath's power to quiet the nervous system. Now, Jen will expand on this foundation, tailoring sessions to your specific needs and integrating proven mindfulness practices to help you navigate daily stress with greater ease and presence.


These sessions complement our existing bodywork, exercise programs, and wellness coaching—creating a sanctuary where mind and body come together in harmony. Whether you attend a single session to learn basic techniques or commit to a series to create your own resilience plan, you’ll gain lifelong tools for managing stress and improving well-being.
