Welcome to Hoof It, a lower-limb training program designed to boost resilience, balance, strength, and athleticism for all ages.
Foot and ankle health are often overlooked in fitness, yet they’re fundamental to overall performance and well-being
Hoof It features simple, effective exercises you can do anytime, anywhere—no equipment needed, just a few minutes each day. It's part of our "IT Program: Independent Training" series—perfect for those short on time and resources.
Start by scheduling a lower limb/foot mobility and strength assessment with Chris Morin to gauge your abilities, or try a few self-test to get started. The beauty of some of these assessments, like toe pull, balancing on one foot, toe presses, or performing calf raises, is they double as exercises. If you find any of them challenging, incorporate them into your daily routine. As you practice these foundational moves, you’ll strengthen and stabilize key areas, progressively enhancing your performance.

Training the lower limb is grounding, powerful, and transformative, giving you strength, balance, and resilience.
