WELCOME TO OUR SIMPLE FITNESS PROGRAM. THIS IS A GREAT PROGRAM THAT I RECOMMEND TO MOST OF MY CLIENTS TO DO MOST DAYS OF THE WEEK. IT SHOULD TAKE NO MORE THAN 15-20 MINUTES TO DO (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE WALKING PORTION). • If you are new to exercise make sure you are healthy enough to exercise and perform a PAR Q (use of this page is an agreement of this Waiver).

• Do not do an exercise if it causes pain. Only do the modified versions of the core for the first few times.

• BREAKDOWN OF PROGRAM: WARM UP (EXAMPLE: MARCH IN PLACE 1-2 MINUTES), STRETCH,  CORE EXERCISES, STRENGTH EXERCISES, AEROBIC EXERCISE (CAN BE DONE AT ANOTHER TIME), AND STRETCH.
