Starting out: Great for people starting out or who are dealing with tightness, weakness, or imbalances.
Consistent and Safe: This program was designed to keep you consistent and safe when following your program.
Anywhere: Your tailored, simplified program can be done anywhere (at home, while traveling, or when at work).
Street clothes: It can be accomplished in street clothes.
