Group Personal Training Program (15-30 minute session)
This program starts typically after an evaluation or starting one of our Coaching or Joint Care Programs.
SIGNING UP FOR AN APPOINTMENT OR TAKING A CLASS IS AN AGREEMENT OF THIS WAIVER.
Group Personal Training
Specific: This exercise program is tailored to your needs, but is designed in a group environment so many the foundational and high intensity aerobic exercises will be employed so that all areas of fitness are worked (aerobic, muscular strength/endurance, function, and mobility) in a high energy, fast paced environment.
Starting out: Great for people who are looking to get energized and work harder than they would following a basic training program.
Consistent and Safe: This program was designed to keep you consistent and safe when you rach an intermediate to advanced program.
Anywhere: This program is typically done in a facility that is equipped or in a home that has exercise options available.
Street clothes: It can be accomplished in street clothes, but I would recommend gym clothes.
