FitTec Athletic Conditioning Coaching


Use a Athletic Conditioning Coach if your are looking to perform better at a sport or athletic event using the safest program possible. Our athletic conditioning coaching program uses exercise guidelines to improve the performance of competitive and recreational athletes, such as those who compete in races and play on recreational teams. Our goal as your coach is to make sure you have the muscular ability (strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and core ability), joint integrity, and aerobic capacity to play your sport or do your endurance event with vigor and vitality while being free of injury. The menu of services is same as the Fitness Coaching Program, but slanted in a way to allow you to be better at your sport or athletic event, with the exception of joint range of motion tests specific to your sport and other athletic tests like jumping and agility. Exercises for athletes and fitness enthusiasts may look the same but how they are mixed together makes the program different (sets, reps, intervals, form, speed, etc.).



A FitTec Performance Specialist will coach you on your path to long term athletic participation through a systematic conditioning plan built on individualized coaching and training.

FitTec utilize a systematic, multi-disciplinary program that has something for every body and sport (see program).
