Women and men's physiques and metabolism are different so our health and fitness needs to account for that.  On top of that women are asked to do a lot and they tend to hold up more of the mental burden than men. Most women tend to face all of the same health & fitness issues and it does not matter if you are a high-powered professional, a mother, a worker, a daughter, a friend, or all the above. We need to make ourselves our number one priority or we will have nothing for anyone else.
